Jean & Jocelyne Combazard

Jean and Jocelyne have been involved in mushing for over 25 years. Siberian Husky enthusiasts, they bought their first female dog Hivère at Jean Claude Valette's dog breeding Cœur de Loup facilities. Today, Jean and Jocelyne own 27 dogs from 4 months to 16 years old; all bred from their first female dog Hivère, bought at Cœur de Loup. This extensive work allowed them to develop their own lineage and obtain a fantastic collection of trophies!They both run on behalf of Stop Hunger, a charity fighting hunger throughout the world.

Jocelyne's best result is runner-up in the 2010 FISTC Europe.

Jean's trophies include:

  • 3 FISTC World Sprint Championship titles
  • 13 FISTC European Sprint & Middle Distance Championship titles
  • Several FFPTC French championship titles on snow and dry ground
  • Lékkarod: 3rd & 2nd in all categories and twice 1st in Nordic skiing
  • La Grande Odyssée: 10 participations, highest placing: 4th, and several 1st places in Nordic skiing.
