Description

The Bikejor Max UL biekjoring bar was developed to provide precise and secure handling. It is designed to be attached to the steering column, between the two diagonal tubes of the frame.

A rubber flex absorbs jolts resulting from sudden changes in the dog's direction. The bar tilts downward when the dog pulls and automatically rises when the leash is no longer taut to prevent it from getting caught in the wheel.

Very easy to install/uninstall, it is compatible with the vast majority of MTB and dog scooters models. The bar + flex can be manually removed from the mount in 5 seconds.

Maximum outer diameter of the frame (steering column): 17 cm
Length of the U-shaped rod: 20cm. The U-shaped rod and the black plastic sheath can be easily trimmed based on the frame.

Size & Fitting Guide

Choice of version :

The Bikejor Max is available in 2 versions:

26/27.5 inches: for mountain bikes with 26 and 27.5-inch wheels
29 inches: for mountain bikes with 29-inch wheels (recent bikes from 2015 onwards included).

If you are unsure about the size of your bike wheels, note that it is usually written on the tires => e.g., 26 x 2.10, 27.5 x 2.10, 29 x 2.10. The first number indicates the wheel diameter, the second the tire width.

Fitting Instructions:

You must attach the leash to the frame of your bike and not to the end of the converter bar, otherwise it may break
The Bikejor Max Bikejoring bar is designed to attach to the bike frame, allowing for precise control and maximum safety. It's not recommended to it fix to the steering spacers.

This MTB bar is very easy to assemble. The block simply attaches to the head tube. The bar can then be easily removed for dog-free use. The flexible part is sturdy and allows the bar to swivel in all directions without locking points. Very light, it's perfectly suited to our activities. I've used it on international events.
