Orders are usually processed and shipped the day it is validated by our sales department. They are sent via DPD Predict - Delivery service on appointment by Text (if you have entered a mobile number in your account) or via DPD Classic (if we don't have your mobile number) .

You can track your delivery in real time thanks to the tracking number provided by the supplier and that is accessible on your Client Account (""Order History"" page).

All our packages require a delivery conformation signature. Please note that if your package is damaged, you must indicate the problem on the Delivery Note. Any opened or torn package must be refused.

Delivery costs include order processing, packing and shipping costs. Processing costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all the items you need into one order. We cannot group together two orders placed separately, shipping charges will apply to each of them. Your package is delivered at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Appropriate box sizes are used and your items are properly protected.
