Protection of personal data

In the context of the relationship between Polar Quest and the Customer for the sale of the Products, Polar Quest – as controller - collects and processes the following personal data:

-   Account creation: first name, last name, email, date of birth, phone number, billing and delivery address, password
-   Connection and payment: connection, usage, location and financial data relating to the Customer’s bank account or credit card

The Customer is informed that the personal data concerning him collected in the context of orders are processed under the responsibility of Polar Quest, strictly necessary for the management of contractual and commercial relations between the Customer and Polar Quest.

Polar Quest may also contact the Customer to inform them of news, promotions or dedicated offers as well as to respond to any request or complaint from the Customer. The Customer is reminded that he may, at the time of communication collect his data and at any time when sending communications, oppose it.

In accordance with the regulations, and more particularly the law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and the European Regulation on the protection of personal data n°2016/679 (GDPR), the Customer is informed that he has a right of access, rectification, opposition, as well as the right to set guidelines on the fate of his data after his death.

The Customer also has the right to withdraw his consent at any time when the processing of his personal data is based on consent, the right to the portability of his data and the right to request the limitation of certain processing of personal data

The Customer has the right to register free of charge on the list of opposition to telephone canvassing with Bloctel (http://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/), in accordance with Article L.223-1 et seq of the Consumer Code.

The Customer may exercise his rights by e-mail at the following address: contact@inlandsis.fr. or by post to 263 rue de l'Emporey, 38113, Veurey-Voroize.

If the Customer believes, after contacting Polar Quest, that his rights are not respected, he also has the right to send a complaint to the CNIL (information available at www.cnil.fr).
