Bikejor Leash SD – Small Dogs
The Bikejor Leash SD has been developed for regular bikejoring with dogs under 15 kg, with a strong focus on lightness, progressive shock absorption, and stable behaviour under traction.
Its shock absorber works along the entire length of the leash, effectively absorbing traction variations while limiting sudden jolts, particularly important with small dogs, where equipment inertia plays a decisive role.
The tubular webbing used offers an excellent balance between mechanical strength and low weight, ensuring durability without compromising traction dynamics.
The lightweight carbon steel carabiner was specifically selected for its reliability and reduced inertia, perfectly suited to small dogs. A heavier or oversized carabiner would be counterproductive in terms of both comfort and fluidity.
The Bikejor Leash SD can also be used for skijoring; in competition settings, the use of a quick release is mandatory in accordance with current regulations.
